Scope

This privacy policy applies to all mobile games and apps published by H-55 GAMES on Google Play (each a "Game"), including but not limited to Meowtch: Cat Rescue Match 3, Cash Cascade: Merge & Drop and WormVacation, and to any future game we publish under the developer name H-55 GAMES.

Information we collect

We do not ask for, collect or store your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and you do not need an account to play.

Game progress (levels, scores, coins, items and settings) is saved on your device. Deleting a Game or clearing its data removes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our Games show ads provided by Google AdMob, such as interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (which can be used to estimate approximate location), device and app information, and interactions with ads and diagnostic data.

This data is handled by Google according to its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Other services some Games may use

Where a specific Game uses one of the following, it is used only for the purpose described:

• Google Play Billing — to process optional in-app purchases. Payments are handled by Google; we never receive your payment details.
• Google Play Games Services — for optional sign-in, achievements or leaderboards, under Google's privacy policy.
• Google Firebase (Analytics / Crashlytics) — to understand gameplay and fix crashes using pseudonymous usage and diagnostic data, under Google's privacy policy.

Your choices

• Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), our Games ask for your consent for personalised ads through Google's consent message before ads are loaded.
• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation in your device settings.
• Rewarded ads are always optional.

Children

Our Games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will help remove it.

Security and retention

Information handled by Google's SDKs is sent using encrypted connections. We do not keep personal data on our own servers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we publish a new Game. The updated version will be posted on this page.
